DIY // flower petal party confetti

Today's DIY started a long, long time agone. Back when Jeff and I got married in 2009.

The solar day earlier our hymeneals, I fabricated little bags of petal confetti from fresh flowers for people to throw at u.s. when we walked dorsum down the aisle equally married man and married woman. It was super like shooting fish in a barrel and it worked out well considering we got married in a park. So  if we were going to throw confetti, it had to be natural. Flash forward to four years subsequently (are anniversary is adjacent week) and I thought it would be fun to revisit that projection with more interesting petal shapes (and colors). So here we are.

This petal party confetti DIY is perfect for those flowers that aren't quite as fresh anymore too. Instead of throwing them out when they start to wilt, remove the petals and throw a political party. Well you don't have to go that far, just definitely go on this idea bookmarked for birthday parties, wedding, and other fun, indoor or outdoor occasions.

It's a actually easy way to incorporate a bit of whimsy into a party and what other type of confetti do you know of that smells good? Well, okay, peradventure this edible confetti, merely aside from that, there's nothing like it.
